Where we ship
We ship the SOHAMSPACES deck worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Europe, and internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at info@sohamspaces.com before placing your order.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom — 2–5 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world — 10–21 business days

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We aim to keep shipping costs as fair as possible for all our customers.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SOHAMSPACES has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking your order
Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
