Refund Policy.

We create every deck with care and intention. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

At Soham Spaces, every card deck is created with care and intention. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@sohamspaces.com with:

We will offer a full replacement or refund accordingly.

Change of mind

As our cards are a personal wellness product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the deck has been opened. If your order is still sealed and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@sohamspaces.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or resend your order.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return shipping

Where a return is agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error, in which case we will cover the cost.
